This page explains what information is collected through campbelldan.com, why, and how it's used. This site is operated by Dan Campbell, providing in-home IT services and web development in Lauderdale and Colbert County, Alabama.

Information collected

When you book an appointment through this site, the booking form (provided by Calendly) collects your name, email address, phone number, and any answers you provide about the service you need, including your address if you're requesting an in-home visit.

If you contact me directly by phone, text, or email instead, I only receive whatever information you choose to share.

This site also uses Google Analytics to understand general visitor traffic, such as how many people visit and which pages they view. This does not identify you personally.

How it's used

Information collected is used solely to schedule, prepare for, and provide the service you've requested, or to understand overall site traffic. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

This site uses a few third-party services to operate:

• Calendly handles appointment scheduling. Information you enter into the booking widget is subject to Calendly's own privacy policy.
• Google Analytics collects anonymous, aggregate traffic data (like page views and general visitor counts) to help understand how the site is used. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
• Google Fonts and Cloudflare are used to load fonts and host this website, which may process basic technical information like your IP address as part of normal web delivery.
